"The breakfast was cold. I needed an Ada room which I got but they didn’t have a shower chair and had to find it. If they didn’t know where it was how did they know it was clean? The staff was rude and had a lousy attitude. This is the worse BW hotel I have ever stayed in "

"Need better curtains in hotel room. With all the lights around the hotel and yard (a good thing), the curtains are inadequate in keeping all the light out of the room. With the bed right next to the window you good read a book without needing a room light on. Breakfast fresh & good, but with a limited selection."

"We stayed just one night. (thankfully) The young man checking us in was very nice although I asked for the top 3rd floor and got 2nd floor. Sure enough, the guests above us were obnoxious. Dropping something like a cell phone on the floor throughout the night. Children were running & screaming all over the place, up & down the stairs, everywhere. They were having great fun for no less than 2 hours from 9pm to 11pm at least. When I say screaming... It was non-stop. Unbelievable that parents would allow that. Unacceptable that the staff didn't put that to a quick stop. At 3:30am, a very loud pounding noise woke us up. Like someone pounding on a door repeatedly. That lasted about 20 minutes. Never could get back to sleep. This was daylight savings by the way!! Needless to say, we will never stay there again. We checked reviews before booking and regret not taking them seriously. I do not like leaving negative reviews... But only do it out of concern for the safety of others. The owners & management are responsible to make sure their guests have a safe & comfortable stay. That's what we paid for. We did not receive it. Pay a little more and stay in a more reputable hotel! "
