"It was an average place to stay, nothing fancy and definitely it needs an upgrade to the rooms. Bathrooms are poor without having hair dryer."

"Overall great experience and quality for the price! Obviously it's not a name brand hotel but the place was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and courteous! There were a few minor things I would expect to be little better like having more towels and wash clothes already in the room and the tv remote didn't want to work half the time but we didn't use the tv much anyway. The AC worked great and the beds were actually very comfortable! I would definitely book there again!"

"The first room: AC would not cool the room. It would operate for about 2-3 minutes and then cycle off for ~ 10 minutes, while the room was in the 80s and the unit was set for 73 (would not go lower). Bathroom had long hairs in the shower and sink. And...there were bed bugs. Mattress had blood stains and obvious tracks from other infestations. Second room: Bathroom had large cracked tiles, long term stained and worn down bath tub / sink. But new matresses! And...AC that did the same thing as...

"My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!"

"I loved the contactless check-in. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!! I slept very well and my morning shower was amazing!! This is a beautiful hotel and I can't wait to visit again in the future."

"Curtains were stained, food was left on the fridge from previous clients, a lot of places were not dusted and the shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was good and the bed sheets were clean but also there is a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The iron had somthing stocked to the plate and my husband didn't pay attention and it damaged his dress shirt. Staff was nice and provided us with a different iron but my husband had to wear an informal shirt to a wedding."
