The hotel has a great view of Taal volcano and convenient to restaurants and easy to get around as it’s off the main highway. The rooms seems very thin as we heard the party that was going on in one of their ballroom and it was loud and we couldn’t sleep. The rooms were also outdated and can use an update but overall we would stay again for the amazing view of Taal volcano.
Great hotel with the newly updated rooms it was very nice. There were 2 young ladies working the front desk in June 9, 2025 that were absolutely amazing and a great help, provided amazing service. Would highly recommend this hotel for the service and the view ls
Very very nice property, great views, clean interior and exterior. Located near several restaurants. Conti's had the best meal i had .

Okay but dated.
I’d recommend if you dont want to drive everytime you want to eat. Plenty of dining options 2min away. Breakfast buffet which was included in the booking was good. View was very nice. And staff were helpful.
- bathroom tiles had mold, toilet seat was broken, bed was hard, no sound proofing (there were works outside our room when we checked in).

The hotel staff was awesome. Great location with amazing views if the Taal volcano and lake.
My only complaint was that the mattress in my room was too hard. Felt like sleeping on the floor.
It was to noisy. My room was in the main level and I can hear music people talking etc. View was wonderful.

The front office and poolside staff are accommodating. They were attentive and went out their way to ensure guests are comfortable. Breakfast options are satisfactory offering decent variety to suit different preferences. The dining area offered a scenic view of the lake making morning meals quite enjoyable.
One notable downside is the absence of internet access in the room. Challenge for me who need reliable connection for work. Also, the towels seemed outdated there were signs of wear and tear. Regrettably the room we stayed had a window no view and is undeniably small.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but I find this is necessary as this was the worst hotel we have stayed in. My husband and I ended up calling it horror hotel. As soon as we came in the room a strong moldy smell mixed with bug spray welcomed us. There was a dead cockroach on the floor next to the bed. The shower heads were moldy and dirty. The bed was so stiff. The toilet bowl has a ring stain on it. This was the cheapest room in Expedia for this hotel so I can't speak for the other rooms. But this one was definitely horrible. I feel I need a refund for the trauma. Like for real. There were open live wires on the lamps so take note of this if you're traveling with kids. The door was cracked and just overall bad. The staff is the only redeeming factor on this trip. They were amazing and feels like they're just keeping their heads above water. Seems like the owners of this place don't care anymore. They also have a great view of Tall Lake. Other than that, highly recommend NOT to stay here or at least don't book their basic rooms.
