"cushions soft,bed hard,Never changed the linen ,No water on arrival had to ask a few times was told no more left!,Breakfast was good ,No English language movie or such channels on Tv not even with subtitles,carpet had some stains on it, Rather a distance from all the attractions but trains,trams just outside the door that can get you to anywhere Generally the Hotel is okay sort of good, The staff were fine So will i be back to this Hotel,Yes i will and it will cost half the amount of money i...

"Nice room, but the bathroom and toilet are separate and the doors are made of glass. It’s ok if you’re alone, but if you’re with someone else, you’ll have no privacy. Breakfast could be better and restaurant could over a larger variety of dishes. Very good hotel, but there are others better and cheaper"

"rooms were well appointed and modern. staff was always helpful, esp in the dining area. my husband said the bath towels were the best he's ever used. ;-) loved the eco-friendly aspect of refillable glass water jugs and shower items, as well as reusing towels. a great stay!"

"10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment...

"Lovely quirky hotel. We had the room with the veranda on floor 2 which was spacious as was the bathroom. The breakfast was fabulous! Lovely restaurant with outside space to sit in the sun. Staff were lovely too. A great trip, just wished we’d booked for a few more days"

"Stayed one night. Small window (with view of bastion) but very roomie. Just average furnishings. Did not use any of the amenities. Public transport was about a 10min walk away so not convenient if you have check in luggage."
