"1. I liked and enjoyed the property. The room thermostat need attention. I could not control the temperature very well. The room temperature was approximately 60 degrees when we arrived. I needed to jack up the thermostat to 85 deg to reach a comfortable 72 deg or so. 2. It would be greatly appreciated if you included the parking and resort fee in you information. The additional $100/day may change people's minds on a stay there. 3. The law enforcement conference prevented the use of the atrium. 4. A cafe to order from a menu would be of benefit to many guests. 5. The Hotel is well managed."

"It’s not a super upscale resort it is older and a little bit dated, but the inside has a beautiful cabin feel. The staff was amazing. It’s just a little bit rundown of a place but that’s expected for off the strip in Tahoe. Would stay here again."

"phenomenal location—convenient & close to everything!! very clean room! I was initially worried about noise, but it was quiet and we got a great night’s sleep! the gathering areas were well-kept and a lot of fun—people of all ages havin fun :) the next morning, we had an amazing breakfast on site; we enjoyed some fantastic coffee near a firepit. perfect start to the day!! the front desk staff was incredible! they took great care of us as soon as we reserved our room—lots of helpful texts back & forth! we will absolutely stay at Basecamp again!!"
