"Could not go onto Balcony as the door could not open. We were in a top floor apartment. All handrails to the top floor on the staircase was loose.
The shower "door" into the tub is placed in such a way that it is dangerous to get in and out of this bathtub, because you have to lean against the wall at an angle to open and close the door while standing in the bathtub.
The bed mattresses can do with replacing as it is very worn out. You can feel the bed springs sticking into your back when...

"The rooms we had were adequately clean but some issues with heaters not working and when it was 1 degree outside, we needed the heaters.
Not a fan of the open showers as water leaks everywhere but it was above a spa bath which we did not use.
The owners were very pleasant and eager to help if we had issues."
