"There was always so many staff ready to help. The rooms were excellent as were the amenities. The only thing I didn’t like the limited dinner options in the hotel and no available room service. I am sure the meals at fantastic but I was travelling with two 14 year old boys. So after long hot days sightseeing, sitting down for a high end steak was not really what we wanted."
"The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very small and layout is a little bit wired. If one or two people stay in the room is fine, but family of 4 with kids like us is too small. The water fountain in the hallway is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice with wide selections. You also have to experience a very long time elevator time because so many rooms in one floor and only two elevators."
