"The hotel was very helpful in assisting us receiving our suitcases through Airporter service. Furthermore, they assisted us in paying cash for a parcel delivery that we organised from Tokyo. We booked two three night bookings separately and they made it very easy to link the two bookings so we did not need to change rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there for 6 nights. The smart TV allowed us to easily stream YouTube on TV. The only thing that I wish they did...

"The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location.
