"This hotel is amazing and one of the best I have ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, modern yet traditional, comfortable, clean and the bathroom was superb - a large walk in shower and Japanese bath which was excellent with all the walking I had been doing. There is also a washer/dryer in room which is easy to use (instructions included) and was very convenient for the middle of my trip. The hotel has a beautiful reception and japanese garden area in the middle of the hotel. 100%...

"Clean spacious room with fridge, kitchenette, sink, and washer in the room. The staff were very responsive and got us set up to pick up the room key as soon as we arrived. The room had towels, laundry powder, lots of hangers, and it was very helpful that there was extra recycling and garbage bins (and a scale we could use to weigh our luggage) in the landing by the elevator door."

"The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby...

"All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email. "
