"Hotel feels very old and the rooms definitely need some refurbishment works/ upgrading. The room looks a lot better on photos than in actual. The bath mat really should go because it is made of many tiny rubbery / plastic spikes that have broken and they hurt our feet. "Our stay was not great. Our reservation couldn't be found so check-in was long. But finally got our rooms. One room didn't have AC, we changed.
