Great location from the beach, and numerous pools, approx. 10 min walk to the high street with shops and many restaurants, great family rooms and nice selection for breakfast buffet. Had lunch a few times and kids eat free when there are paying adults, a nice touch.

Great hotel, close enough to Kohlak Center to grab a taxi on the run and on the beach for some sun and sea. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Food was very good while also being close enough to local restaurants to eat out. Pool were always clean and fun, all in all a 10/10 experience

The resort is beautiful, the rooms are a good size. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The different pools were great for families or just for adults. If you are walking it is a short walk into Khao Lak by beach or by road. If you don’t want to walk taxis are 150 baht.

This was our second visit to X10, after our first in 2019. With two young children, X10 is perfect with the pools, beach and activities on offer. The location is excellent, easily walkable to restaurants and shops on the main road. Good selection at breakfast, though the quality of evening meals at local restaurants I think is higher. Having ready access to the beach is also very handy as the walks along the coast are exceptional. We found the cleanliness of the room to be excellent and refreshed since our last visit. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - in this regard, Thailand never fails to deliver. A fantastic trip, thank you X10 for making it so memorable !!

We got to the room who had an aint invasion, took too long time for them to change rooms… the facilities was outdated like kids slide had things coming out that hurt the kids, and We also found silverfish in our rooms. the food was Great, location great and kids club amazing. They didnt compensate us for all the problems.

A good place to stay at!

Great friendly staff Modern facilities and a very nice beach We stayed at two other hotels in Khao Lak and we found them better in price and value. X10 just felt empty and lacked a good vibe. We booked it for the water park and it was quite dull. Same with the kids club. Even though the staff was super friendly. It is quite off from the stores and restaurants so it cost you at least 400 bat to leave and come back from the hotel by car. Anyway, there is nothing wrong with this place really it just wasn’t our favorite.

The hotel does not have the '5-star wow factor' that other hotels further up the coast do, however the staff and location more than make up for this. It is located on a nice quiet stretch of the beach (that is not affected too much by the tide), and within a short walk to the small town which has many good restaurants and a few bars. The hotel was modern and clean with 5 good sized pools. The only downside was the sliding glass doors in the bathroom and the lack of sunbeds by the adult pool (during peak times). The hotel was almost full occupancy during our stay so the breakfast was a bit crowded. The standout part of our stay was the attentiveness and interaction with the hotel staff. This was far and above what we had experienced in other hotels in this area. The friendliness and assistance made the holiday that much better than other hotels (which we had noted in other peoples reviews prior to booking). A special mention and thanks should go to the pool bar and seaside restaurant (Lily, Yogs, Janny, Kwan, Belle and Juny) along with the staff in the reception (Aidy, Hans, Kathleen and Gapyw).

Highly recommended

This hotel is high class in every Way. You notice already at the reception when checking in that this is a luxury hotel. You are welcomed at the check-In area with a cold drink and a refreshing towel while being seated by friendly staff and facing a large number of service minded staff ready to check you in. We had a 2 room suite in the beach wing. Great modern, yet timeless interior. The interior really makes the difference from most other hotels we have experienced in Thailand and really makes you able just to stay in the room and relax if needed. Besides the great interior there are a lot of small interior details that tells that this is more than just a standard hotel. In the outside area there are multiple pools (5) - one has a large water slide and another is reserved for adults only (+16) and a few more pools In between. Free popcorn and soda for the kids every day from 3-5 pm and free barista-like coffee all day for the adults are also small details that makes a difference. Great food in the restaurant and very friendly and service minded staff. This hotel is highly recommended.

Just returned from 10 nights at X10. Very good hotel with all the features you would expect from a 5* hotel. We stayed in 2 deluxe pool access rooms (7111 & 7112) directly opposite the main restaurant, very convenient. Quiet rooms with their own patios. Short walk to the beach which is lovely. Restaurants and shops are 5-10 mins walk or you can get a taxi from right outside the hotel. Highly recommend X10.

Très belle hotel en bord de mer au calme avec une belle plage. Vi ankom 1 time før indtjeknink , og blev mødt af super venligt personale 😊 Fik værelses med det samme , det svarede helt op til forventninger . Det var super dejligt med hovedpuder : blød / hård og man kunne spørge efter fler . Kunne måske være lidt fler knager til håndklæder på toilet . I restauranten var der tip / top service og hvis maden ik var som ønsket var der god service . Morgenmad var dejlig varieret og stort udvalg . Vi vil klart anbefale det hotel til andre 😊 Lidt træls kuffert skal ligge på gulvet !

Utrolig barnevennlig, flere soner for små / større barn, et eget basseng for voksne etc. Nydelig strand ved hotellet, med lite folk. Deilig frokost. Hyggelig ansatte.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel X10! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Hotel X10. Der Service war exzellent und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Professionalität des Teams war bemerkenswert, und es war überall super sauber. Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr günstig, was das Erlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Speisen haben uns begeistert, und wir haben jede Mahlzeit genossen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel X10 einfach perfekt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und können es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Mycket bra hotell med bästa tänkbara service. Utmärkt frukost, bland de bästa i thailand. Ska man anmärka på något är stranden skräpig men det gäller inte bara vid hotellet. Även juicen vid frukost var lite standard men då kan man välja pressad frukt istället. Rekommenderas varmt!

Es ist eine super schöne gepflegte sehr saubere Anlage an einem wunderschönen Strand in Khao Lak. Alles fußläufig erreichbar am Strand sowie am Abend Restaurants. Wir kommen gern wieder. Es hat alles zu 100 Prozent gepasst.
