Property is a little further. What it lack in outside dining and shopping it by far the BEST in service. Staff are forever attentive and polite Pa the Guest Relations Office should be commended

Schrecklich, kenne die anderen Santhiya bereits, diese auf Phuket ist einfach nur enttäuschend. Personal unfreundlich, sind eher damit beschäftigt auf dem Telefon zu tippen als die Gäste zu bedienen. Der Sandstrand ist zugemühlt, zudem ist Baden im Meer verboten (rote Flagge) Die Zimmer sind ganz okay, man hört jedes Wort der Nachbaren. Als Gast kriegt man gebrauchte flip flops, die werden am Check out verrechnet. Werde dieses 5 Stern Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Ganz klar ein 3 Stern Hotel / Hostel

Very beautiful property, well decorated. Very quiet and attentive staff. But a bit Isolated and expensive prices for anything booked through the hotel making it very expensive to go and see or do anything. Loved it though and can recommend.

The hotel itself and the garden villa with pool is stunning. Perfect location on a quiet beach. Hotel transfer excellent service. Check in and out easy. Welcome drink as very cheap apply juice. The staff were helpful in suggesting day trips. I do not feel this is a 5 star hotel however. The food quality is very average and disappointing. The Chinese dim sum was the best selection at breakfast. The meat quality was very poor. Over cooked salmon at dinner time. Fruit and vegetables at breakfast/lunch/dinner were good but small selection. Cheap juice from concentrate at breakfast.The wine selection is limited and very poor selection of what is available. A bottle of Veuve Clicquot is almost £200 which is exponentially expensive. Cocktails were expensive for the size. Construction throughout the day was not what you expect at a relaxing 5 star resort. Why does the grass need to be cut at 1pm by the pool area disturbing the peace and quiet? Also construction near the rooms started at 8am. When I requested that the workmen not work near my villa while I was making use of the outdoor bath tub, this request was ignored and the workmen could see into my private garden area from the work they were doing on a higher balcony. Inside the room was very clean but the garden and pool and bath tub area neglected in cleaning. The glass sliding doors were very dirty. Bottled water every day was nice. Mini bar selection good. The hotel offer mosquito spray repellent to guests complimentary.

L’hôtel est sublime, piscine extra et plage de sable fin avec mer turquoise. Le petit déjeuner est limité en choix. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien, la nourriture y est bonne. La chambre est magnifique avec piscine privée. Il faut savoir qu’il y a un coq, donc on est réveillé de bonne heure car il chante fort et à toute heure. Aucun restaurant autour, il faut prendre un taxi pour aller au village le plus proche mais les taxis sont très cher. L’hôtel est isolé de tout commerce. Nous connaissons le Santhiya de Koh Yao Yai et nous pouvons dire que nous le préférons à celui là. Suggestion pour l’hôtel, vous devriez louer des vélos ça serait vraiment bien. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien et nous le recommandons pour des vacanciers qui aiment rester à l’hôtel car on est loin de tout.

This is a quiet place with a beach from heaven The staff are just simply the best PJ took well care of us. 11 lovely days passed by quickly If you are looking to recharge your batteries this is the place And you still can do activities around the resort New Year’s Eve there was a nice dinner with entertainment Everything about this place is calming If you are looking to party , keep looking this place is peaceful thank you to the team

Herrliches Weekend ohne Stress
Wir hatten uns während unseres 2-tägigen Aufenthalts rundum wohl gefühlt. Die grossen Zimmer in den Villas sowie die privaten Pools waren sehr angenehm und trugen viel zu unserem Wohlergehen bei. Der kurze Spaziergang durch die gepflegte Anlage zum Restaurant, zum grossen Pool sowie zum Strand war stets abwechslungsreich. Immer gab es was zu sehen. Sämtliche Angestellten, denen wir begegnet sind, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hatte uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel erschien uns überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Einzige das mich etwas gestört hatte, waren die Tablets zur Bestellung des Menüs. Ich bin für so etwas vielleicht schon etwas zu alt 🤔. Ich hätte hier herkömmliche Menükarten und die persönliche Entgegennahme der Bestellung bevorzugt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses Hotel zurück.

Fantastic service and luxury pool villa.
I had a fantastic stay. However due to covid a lot of the hotel was shut down (like shop and library) and it wasn't possible to book any tours. Language was a bit difficult as only a few staff members spoke fluent English. I had hoped for a better breakfast which I found quite limited with the same items every day. No difference in types of fruits or juices which were a bit monotonous over 6 days. Sourroundings and room were perfect and the service level top of the line.

Good and bad
Stayed at the hotel for a week March 2022. The rooms we had were really nice and authentic Thailand. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception staff were always available to answer any questions and the restaurant staff especially Kent, Mim and Honey were very helpful too. The swimming pool is large but unfortunately not very clean we had to ask reception if they could get it cleaned which they did but it was just a pity we had to ask and it wasn’t much cleaner after the cleaners had departed. The hotel is very remote and the cost of a taxi if you wanted to go say into Phuket town was quite expensive and added up if you wanted some kind of entertainment at night.

The staff is incredible, devoted and always trying to help. The food is great and the choice abundant, room service is efficient and fast and so polite. Room s are confortable (I stayed there a bit more than 3 weeks so I could change room to experience different environment. Polls are good size and always clean like the rest of the venue. The only little turn down is that the entire complex is made with wood and wood gets grey very fast under the hot sun so it makes the overall look of the complex looking somewhat under maintained but it is not the case.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a chance to relax and unwind. The room and outdoor area including the private pool were beautiful and exactly as we expected. The Thai style was a nice touch. The staff were friendly. Watching the sunset from the beach was an amazing experience as it was very private and only a few people close by. Would definitely recommend stopping by a Seven Eleven on your way to the hotel as we did to buy snacks, water etc as there is nothing close by. Would recommend buying beer down the street from the small roadside restaurant as beer was 60 Thai Baht for a small bottle compared to the high price in the minibar. Very limited options for food nearby. Due to this, we decided to eat at the hotel. We were both very disappointed with the food. We would take off 1-1.5 stars for this. The quality of food was below average and the options on the restaurant menu were very limited and not up to par for a hotel of this caliber. It was obvious that the food was not all fresh. It's one thing if the price matches the quality of food being offered. However, in this case; the food was below average and the prices were astronomical for what was offered. The free breakfast was also very average compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand that were much much cheaper. Besides the quality of the food, everything else was exceptional and we both enjoyed our time here.
