"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. "We stayed in the High Barn and the location and condition of the accommodation was wonderful. The only disappointing element was that the wi-fi was not working but in hindsight this was not even that bad as it enabled a real escape and full relaxation. The town of LLandovery had all amenities needed and was only 15 minutes away. With young children the games room was a fantastic added benefit and the pool table was even level!!"

"We stayed at Sessile Oak by Marston's Inns and really appreciated its convenient location — close to shopping malls, a beach, and with easy access to nearby destinations. The property offered a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing break. On arrival, there was a bit of a queue, but the staff handled it professionally and were genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. Plenty of parking and good security, including gated access with a magnetic reader system, added to the sense of comfort. Overall, a practical and well-managed place for travellers looking for peace, convenience, and a touch of security. "

Central location, spacious room & great breakfast

"Large spacious room. Fan, hair dryer, iron, kettle and a fridge in the room. The beds were comfortable and lovely bedding. Big open shower with shower gel, shampoo and hand wash supplied. Breakfast is cooked to order plus all the usual fruit, cereal, pastries. The car park is a tight squeeze to get in, plenty of spaces. Great location in the centre of the town. Although we barely heard any noise from in our room. It was a lovely stay, we will definitely be back for our next stay in Carmarthen. "

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the food was good.. I could not recommend this place a more. The manager who I cannot remember the name of was such a friendly lady and even refunded one of our rooms without us asking as we had a late cancellation.."
