"Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"Huone oli todella siisti ja sisustus tyylikäs. Keittonurkkaus oli iso plussa. Huone oli kompaktin kokoinen, mutta 2 ihmistä mahtui hyvin majoittumaan. Sisäänkirjaus sujui näppärästi etukäteen sähköisesti. Ehdottomasti voisin tulla uudestaan."

"My first time stay at a BOB W apartment and won’t be the last. There was a lot to like about this. The size of the apartment big enough to stretch out in yet not too big for one person. Coffee machine with good coffee was a highlight. Equipment instructions were easy to follow (maybe the microwave/oven combo a bit trickier) loved the neighbourhood and the fact that it was more local and yet a few mins walk to the centre of the city. "A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Helsinki. Very close to the waterfront and all the main attractions."

"Staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel work areas are chic for the nomad workers. Perfect location. Room was cute, though small — had to scoot along the wall to get to the other side of the bed, and the window faced a courtyard that, while quiet, occasionally had workers that might catch a glimpse of you. Would suggest asking about privacy if you aren’t staying solo, and having the windows covered in film at ground level! But otherwise would recommend and stay...
