"The property in of its self is very nice. You won’t see it being patronized by a lot of foreigners due to the area it’s located. The staff at the hotel makes the stay enjoyable. Also the three square meals per day that can be included in the rate is amazing. Bring your own hand towel and face towels as well as lotions because the hotel doesn’t provide any. I’ll go back and stay there the next time I’m in Kohinoor City"

"This is perfect for late-night arrivals.
Since this was my second time using it, it was even more convenient.
After clearing customs at Terminal 2, pick up your luggage, walk through the shops (duty-free shops?), and when you reach the plaza, turn right. Take the elevator at the end of the hall down to the lower level, look for the aquarium on your left, and find the entrance there.
The breakfast at the restaurant is quite good.
I’ll definitely use this again."

I did enjoy the complimentary tea or coffee in the lounge after a days’s site seeing.
Excellent location for all the sites in old Mumbai.
The only reason for 4 stars was because my room did not have a window to look out, but the room was spotless and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended "

"Went for checkin and since the moment we entered this night reception guy named Zahir was being rude and judging us the entire time. Wasn't helpful at all. Had the attitude like he owned the property. Went out to buy dinner and came back because I left my wallet inside, want able to access the door. Had to keep juggling between reception and my room cuz this Zahir guy didn't wanted to take efforts. After 30 mins and when the security guard insisted he called the technician. Faced the same issue...
