"The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
One of the lifts was broken, which made access to the floors very difficult, especially with luggage and a torn ACL.
If you can't take the stairs and are an impatient person, then this isn't the place for you. It became quite frustrating having to wait up to 10 minutes as the lift was full.
Also a bit weird that the shower was right next to the bed, without a door or extractor fan to remove the steam from the room. We had to open the...

"Be aware this place does not have Air Conditioning (AC). The fan they give does not have enough speed. We had to keep the windows open, unfortunately all night long trains were passing by. We didn’t sleep for 2 days.
Shower does not have any pressure. Also the soap liquid in the bathroom requires strength and have to use both hands. Hardly any soap will dispense.
They provide only one hand towel.
By the way you have to clean the room and take the trash out.
If you have no other options stay...

"Nous avions demandé une chambre en étage et au calme, ça a été respecté 👍
Ensemble satisfaisant, mais pour un cours séjour
Le personnel à l'accueil change chaque jour, pas facile d'avoir un suivi des demandes, mais à l'écoute
Problèmes avec les badges d'accès parking ou chambre. Accès parking un peu étroit.
Le micro onde est placé trop haut
Ventilateur dans la chambre poussiéreux
Vaisselle parfois insuffisante (couverts, bols...)
Salle petit déjeuner, petite et pas forcément bien placée...

"The toilet has inadequate space for adults in the lower floor levels. We were re-assigned to a top-floor apartment that did have adequate toilet space, although because the city was under a heat wave, the room was several degrees hotter than the lower levels. The hotel is not air-conditioned, which under normal circumstances would not be an issue, but even with the fan supplied, the room was about 30 C"
