"We had a river/garden view room with balcony on the 3rd floor. View was beautiful. Room was bigger than expected with King size bed and nice sitting area, with views of the river. Fresh fruit, flowers, and a welcome note. Open area to hang clothes but no other options to store clothes (packing cubes on the shelf beneath the hanging clothes worked fine for us). Separate toilet room with sink outside toilet room. Shower/bathtub room with views of the river. Small fridge, hot water pot and coffee...

"プールはジャグジーくらいの大きさなので無いと思った方が良いね。 エレベーター無いので三階の部屋を予約すると昇り降りが大変 。 スタッフは親切丁寧で素晴らしい。 男の一人旅にはこれくらいで充分だがカップルならもうちょっと金出して良い所に宿泊しないと彼女にがっかりされると思います。 コスパ良いので総合的に悪くは無いと思います"

"The airconditioning barely worked and struggled in the humidity although the room was otherwise fine. The host constantly pestered us to book tours, drivers and other services through her to the point where we were uncomfortable leaving our room. The included breakfast was basic and bordering inedible. "

"The hosts were very friendly and kind. The room was very clean. The location was good and easy to find. The only negative is no elevator for the room on the 4th floor. I would still stay here again though."

"Miss Ten homestay is perfectly situated in Hoi An. It’s a minimal from the night market and all that Hoi An has to offer, yet it’s in a quiet area. Miss Ten is very attentive and is willing to help in any way. She scheduled a private car to take us to Hue, our next destination. She opens up her home and makes you feel as part of the family. Thanks for a great vacation."
