Amazing Staff

The property is quiet peaceful, comfortable and customer friendly. I had a small issue and it is very promptly and carefully attended by Ms. Ngoc. She has not only attended it but also delighted by many ways. I can see that she is working hard to keep up the reputation of the property. Nice place and I recommend for a comfortable stay

Merci à madame Diem et une au réceptionniste que j’ai oublié de demander son nom ( elle est enceinte) pour leur accueil chaleureux , très professionnels. Merci à madame Mẫn dans la salle à manger, très gentille, efficace, souriante. Elle s’assurait que nous ne manquions rien au déjeuner pendant notre séjour. Il y avait 2 monsieur qui fumaient dans la salle à manger pendant l’heure du déjeuner, et ce pendant nos 2 déjeuners . En 2025 je trouve que c’est inacceptable de leurs part de faire cela . C’était tellement désagréable.

지금은 설 때문인지 전반적으로 조용했다 그런 영향인지 배정받은 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 방을 바꾸긴 했지만 2% 부족했다 직원들은 친절하고 적극적으로 돕고자 했다 특히 체크아웃 하고 다낭 버스타는곳까지 가기위해 택시를 요청했더니 직원이 직접 모터싸이클로 태워주고, 버스요금이랑 기타 안내를 해준다. 태워 준 비용은 무료, 즉 써비스라고 한다 1층에 휘트니스센타가 있는데 간단한 운동은 할수 있다 크고 넓은 야외 수영장도 있지만 이용하는 사람은 없었고, 잠가두었다. 요청하면 열어준다고 한다 30다러 지급했는데 호텔 로비에서 방을 구입하면 400VND 라고 한다

Tam Kỳ Stay

A lovely hotel in the centre of Tam Kỳ for 3 nights in an Executive Suite. Special compliment to Ca Thi Phuong, Receptionist and Nhan Nguyen in the restaurant - their excellent service and bubbly personality made our stay. The only disappointment was the hard bed.
