"First off, they sold the room we booked and gave us a room in the front of the hotel which is definitely not as nice as the rear of the hotel. They told me they were "upgrading" my room instead giving me the room that I booked facing the river. The front view is a drainage ditch not a river! This place is away from all the busy old town area but its < 4 min taxi ride ( grab is cheap ) or you can cycle there . You can walk across to the paddy fields or cycle around...
