"Beautiful property and view was fabulous"

"The property itself and the rooms are lovely. We arrived at supper time on friday night. Found no one on site to check us in. Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. Had to call back, have it reset from them. By this time 7 pm and no restaurant in town open. Drove to Gore Mountain ski hill, food and service was awesome. Sat went hiking...

"Stayed from 5/17/25 to 5/19/2026 (2 nights) Parking was easy. Felt safe, dog friendly(traveled with a small dog). Close to supermarket and other shops. Quiet, room was clean and decent. Free cable tv with free on demand movies (I thought that was awesome). Good for the price and short stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking in front of the hotel(by the entrance). Everything else was good! "

"Our room was dirty, in disrepair, and was not anything like what was pictured/advertised. We were charged an amenity fee and there were ZERO amenities available. I would never stay here again. It was a dirty 1960s motel painted black. "

"Room was very cold when we got there & had been in touch by text at least an hour before we arrived. Bed (sheets or mattress, not sure) had a strange odor"
