"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards.
Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde.
Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to.
Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway.
The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress!
Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Bett war schrecklich, durchgelegen und dadurch zu weich und zu hart gleichzeitig. Pool, Sonnenliegen und Fitnessstudio sind gut. Poolhandtücher müssen hinzu gekauft werden, man kann nicht, wie angegeben, Fahrräder leihen, ein Auto leihen oder irgend einen Service erhalten.

"An excellent place to stay. We stayed last year and felt we had to return this year.The location is perfect. The breakfast is great.The rooms are spacious and well presented. And the staff are friendly with nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend "

"Juan, the receptionist was so professional, from getting in touch with instructions to get access code, to providing us with support to navigate ourselves in the city as it was our first time in Lanzarote. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly. They established good relations with my kids. Would definitely book this place and recommend to loved ones.
The place was clean as advertised, just the tv to be upgraded as it was not a smart one and couldn’t get any English channel to watch."
