Front door staff/valets could look a little more professional for a Hyatt property. They are getting away with a lot because of their great location in downtown Napa. "

"The hotel needs better cleaning in the bathroom and room. The beds were well cleaned and maintained but the space is very small for multiple people with the two beds. The tub took a long time to drain, there was a stain on the floor behind the toilet and the light over the sink didn't work. It's good for a cheap stay. Pool is tiny, not really usable either. It was dirty and didn't look like it'd been cleaned in a couple weeks. Parking look looked decent and was newly paved though"
