"Ein super tolles Hotel! Lage top, da es ruhig gelegen ist (bisschen Bergauf),jedoch nur paar Minuten vom Zentrum mit viele Restaurant usw. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.Wir hatten eine super tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war für uns top, eine gute Auswahl, so dass für jeden was dabei ist und vor allem immer genügen verschiedenes Obst. Wir würden wieder kommen! "Very modern hotel, just a short walk to the stunning beach. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful time (eg helping us plan our trip to the ferry). The only downside (and it’s not the fault of the property) is that there’s lots of construction going on nearby to build more properties. "Super séjour, facile d’accès. Personnel très gentil, déjeuner bon. Proche du centre, tout se trouve dans les 30min à pied grand maximum. Chouette hôtel, chambre propre et réfection lit et changement des serviettes de bain tous les jours…pas eu l occasion de rester à la piscine mais elle avait l air sympa. "Accueil client merveilleux au début à la fin de notre séjours l’hôte nous a commander au taxie qu’il connaît le taxie nous a agressee et soutirer de l’argent devant un distributeur avant de prendre notre bus pour partir. Concernant le logement horrible douche à côté des toilettes Clim qui fonctionne pas je pourrais en rajouter à éviter absolument. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Belle Vue in Ksamil, Albania. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The pool was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip—our kids absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. The Archeological Park of Butrint entrance is just a few steps away making it the perfect place to stay when exploring the ruins."

"Hotel pessimo. Avevamo prenotato con posto auto incluso, ma al nostro arrivo non c'erano posti disponibili ed era impossibile parcheggiare in strada a Saranda. Inoltre, la maniglia della porta della camera era quasi del tutto allentata, non facendoci sentire sicuri. Il personale della reception è stato molto maleducato.
