"I was able to check in early due to an earlier-than-anticipated arrival. The staff was great about that! Also, I found a very clean room, prepped and supplied with all I needed. The breakfast was also good both mornings, although a bigger fruit selection would be nice (just apples provided). Thanks for a great stay! I’d look forward to being at this hotel again. "

"I called and spoke with Jackie at the front desk. I had a funeral to attend and needed to get in early to get ready. When I arrived she had everything ready for me. Very nice and great service . The hotel and room is very clean and the holiday decorations gave it a very welcoming feel. "

"Staff were courteous and helpful with directions regarding the Bandits game we went to attend. We utilized the valet parking and were able to walk into the game from the garage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer. We plan to stay again when we visit Buffalo"
