"Love the place and location and will stay again, but my bed was very uncomfortable and my TV didn’t work for about an hour. Great location "

"My family and I stayed here during the rodeo, and were very disappointed. We checked in at 5:30, and they had us wait 30 minutes while they went to clean the room. Check-in time was 3:00, so I’m not sure why it hadn’t been done yet. We stood in the hallway, while two sweet ladies rushed to change bedding and clean. My daughter slept on the pullout couch that night - but there was no bedding on it, or for it anywhere. So we had to contact the front desk to get bedding for her. The gentleman who brought it for us was surprised by this also. We were also very disappointed in how there was no TV in the living room area. There were also other areas that were not very clean (floors, bathtub, etc). Overall, a big disappointment. We will not be staying here again."

"The rooms were very clean, the lobby and breakfast areas were immaculate. The pool just was a tad dirty but it is the off season"

"Not close to many shops. Did not enter pool area. Internet was inconsistent and barely worked."

"The beds were SO uncomfortable! You couldn’t move or turn over without the entire bed shaking & we’re a thin family, so size has nothing to do with it. The AC vent rattled constantly so we had to stuff cardboard into it to keep it from making noise. The bathtub filled with water every time we showered. The room also only came with 3 lamps of which only 2 worked so lighting was bad at night. We also had an Alamo view window right over the Crockett Tavern… so between sidewalk goers & the music/patrons from the Crockett Tavern it was hard to get rest. Front desk staff member Eduardo was very nice at check in but he needs more help as it took almost 25 minutes for us to receive extra towels. The location was great but I’d rather spend more money for a better overall experience. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again. "
