"The property was very nice but it is not staffed 24 hours. If you take advantage of the beautiful patio, you have to walk around the building to get back inside. The check in process was emailed to me and went to my junk folder. I made the reservation on the app, the check in process should be listed on the app, for example “You will be receiving an email with a code to access the building”. "

"The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that. I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again. It would not have hurt the clerks to quiet the people and dog down."

"This place should be permanently closed. It was run down, out of date, and the outside looked like it was hit by a tornado. The carpets in the hallways were brown from dirt and debris. The hotel room had an overpowering smell of flowers and deorderant to cover up the real smell. The walls of the main entrance behind the front desk where grose and chipped up severly. Behind the desk there was a lot of junk and trash. Outside around the property there was a lot of trash and debris. The curtains in my room were coated in dust. The window was broken and even the light fixture was tapped up with clear packing tape to make it work. Shut this place down and build a nice hotel. It is in a great area of south Saint Louis"

"We were very happy with our stay!!! It was perfect distance from where we were playing in a tournament. Close to places to eat and services. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you for our stay"
