"Safe and comfortable stay"

"Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a kitchen when we arrive I was told the only room available was a king bed with a jacuzzi. Sharing a bed with a travel companion was not an option, but we did want to hang out together. The room smelled like a dirty swimming pool. There were only about 5 cars in the car park designed to hold over 50. Manager said it was Expedia’s error and could not provide the room booked. I stayed at the same place twice last year staff then were friendly and accommodating....

"Called owner for electricity outage problem and they never reply back."

"Amenities were good BUT there was no maid service unless you asked for it- which they did not tell us until it was no longer available during our stay. So we had unmade beds, no towels and you can’t open the windows so the room smelled without fresh air. Management was somewhat apologetic and even though we are Marriott Elite members the only accommodation we got was a $25 bar credit. Oh and the door lock didn’t work right and we almost got locked in our room!"

The only couple of things I wasn’t too happy with was first I had to pay for a microwave and honestly if they told me at the beginning of the trip I would have paid for it but finding out with only 2 nights left was not worth it to me . Second there was no Netflix for the apps which just made no sense. Third the restaurant in the hotel is absolutely horrible including drinks. I wanted to stay there since there was a whole restaurant but...

"Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, fresh breakfast with a daily change of hot menu items, good coffee, and a variety of juices, milk, and tea also. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and shops and within a short driving distance to many others."

"Cute decor, comfortable bed. We had to request extra pillows and received one. Had to ask again, received more, but housekeeping removed them the next day for some reason. Details we felt would have made our stay more comfortable: more than two hangers, a dresser or place to hold 2nd suitcase items. More than just 2 bath, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels in the room.
