"We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and it was so great. The parking was included, our beds were made every day, the staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and our whole experience of staying here was 10/10. The water fountain was a sweet touch. I don't drink tap water, so this was really a plus for me. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were the best because it was cold and windy outside. We relaxed, drank complimentary coffee and desserts, and I will definitely recommend this...

"For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,...

"Staff were very nice overall. We arrived early and were given a room straightaway, which was a really nice touch. Room was perfectly suited to our needs. Spotless and comfortable. There was no storage at all but we were fine- others may struggle. Air con unit was very loud. Asked twice for someone to take a look. If they did, we were unaware. Happy (2) hour was a nice touch, albeit with many limitations. Drinks after this time were incredibly expensive. Overall a great hotel, we would for sure...
