"My husband and I both work in 4 star hotels, so we have very high expectations…This place was wonderful and just what our busy family needed! "Not crazy about this self-service hotel concept. Pull up to the place, no front desk, just another guest reminding us the front 2 rooms were hers. Okay, how do we check in? Look at the confirmation in Expedia, “an email will be sent to you with check in details”. (No such email) it was nowhere to be found (and yes, I know how to check a spam folder hahaha) So I call them, get some condescending operator and a text message with a door code buried in it. "This hotel offers a great smaller and quiet option in Ocean Shores with walking access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the Events Center. The 2 Queen rooms are smaller but very clean and beds comfortable. Did not use any amenities- no comment."

"My wife and I slept on the 1st floor, and we could hear loud footsteps from the guests directly above us. These bottom floor rooms really need to be retrofitted with resilient ceilings. Also, the duvet cover was too warm for July. I had to ask for a separate blanket at from desk, and I slept much better. The staff were very helpful and my wife and I enjoyed our stay."

"Was very disappointed to learn there is no direct beach access as shown on Expedia. It was the whole reason we booked the hotel so that was very sad. The hotel was to be expected based on the reviews, needs some TLC. Fan in room sounded like it was going to explode so didn’t use much but luckily it wasn’t too hot. Was able to check in about a half hour early which was nice!"

"We had a great time. The grounds of the resort was well kept. Like other people said wifi is spotty but my phone worked just fine upstairs in the loft. The pool/hot tub/sauna was great! The amenities offer also boat rowing and a pool table which we thought was great! We we definitely be back!"

"I really loved how the room was set up. The bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect. My only issue was how thin the walls were. When the guests showed up in the room next to ours, we could hear everything going on. We were woken up several times by their phone going off. It was like we were all in the same room."
