"It was nice. The king size room for 2 people is good for a couple, the shower is not private to the rest of the room which would be weird if you are travelling with a friend or family member. It was funny, my kids made fun of it. :) lol The double room for my kids was good but outdated. The stay was nice overall but I’m not sure if I would return, like half of the hotel was renovated and something is missing so if you are a picky about hotels may be want to give it a second thought, otherwise...

On ne peut aller par nous-mêmes à la piscine, il faut demander à la réception qu’on nous ouvre. Il y a un petit déjeuner disponible au resto le matin pour un prix très acceptable, mais personne ne nous renseigne, donc le restaurant est complètement vide. "Great location, super friendly hosts, very convenient and clean. My only feedback is not having control on the A/C and the showerhead didn't hold well so it needed adjustments. I would recommend anyone to stay here though. It was a wonderful stay with the exception of the heat and AC"

"Room was clean. Lots of stores nearby, great location, metro is super close. The fridge could have been bigger and a microwave or a cattle would have been useful too in the room. We got a stearing wheel blocker as a precaution of stealing our vehicle. It shocked us but they said "It's Montreal!" ;)"

"This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"Hotel Le Coach was a fantastic stay. It is a perfect, central location to all of the main neighborhoods in Montreal (Old Montreal, Le Plateau, The Village, Latin Quarter, etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Staff stays on site until 11pm if you have any issues. I would stay at Hotel le Coach again when returning to Montreal."

"This hotel has stairs so not accessible for disabled. I was with someone with issues walking. The stairs were really hard for her, even to enter the building. I was pleased that the staff tried to help with luggage. The beds were good and room was clean. We had to leave before breakfast but the staff put some items in a bag for us."
