"My daughter and I spent the night last night 7/12/26 in River Head and found the room clean and tidy, beds comfortable and we enjoyed the pool which was also very clean and well maintained. However, we could not get our TV to work and tried to call the front desk several times yet no one answered. We also noted a guest in Rm 205 left his room door open all day with the TV blaring all thru the night! When we used the pool we were in room 202 and there was a front door w/3 locks and a back door...

"Honestly I didn’t like the place at all,, everything was bad, I paid for an upgrade and I didn’t get it , the lady told me call Expedia, not my business, I need a room with a big table for work and she didn’t want to give it to me"
