However, for a five star hotel, my deluxe room felt very basic and the bathroom was cramped with no windows and no storage space. The most disappointing thing was the staff. Our experience was extremely mixed we had a very good initial welcome but then a waitress for supper at the pool bar was dismissive and very unfriendly and that was the experience...

"Hotel ist hilfsbereit und süß! Zimmer sind sehr klein! Wir mussten leider abreisen weil das doppel Bett 120cm breit war. Dies war nicht akzeptabel. Ein größeres Bett war nicht möglich da komplett ausgebucht. Für solo Personen ist dieses hotel zum empfehlen. Für Paare eher weniger. Zimmer allgemein sehr klein!"
