"The room was infested with pests: cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. We saw 3 during our first night at the bathtub, toilet (flying erratically) and at the main room vanity table. My son had bites when he woke up during our first night, and our food always have ants crawling if we miss putting it in the ref. The staff aren't so helpful with our needs such as room service, toiletries re-fill (we asked for a roll of toilet paper twice but were not given) even though the property is not fully booked,...

"Excellent stay as I would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast was abundant and with lots of variety"

"A very pretty and welcoming hotel. It was very hot outside and we asked for a fan and they provided. Beds are comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The only things to note are that they provided only 2 toilet paper rolls for a two night stay, for three people. Also, the bathroom door is see through (glass). We had to put a bed sheet to cover it because you could see everything."
