"We had a lovely fourth of July Beautiful pool, and really festive. Breakfast spread was great with lots of time to eat and secure parking. Room was clean bed was comfy."

"From the check in process to the check out process everything went smoothly. Staff were incredibly helpful. It was a perfect stay for the 4th of July!!"

"The property is an oasis right on the U of A campus. Our room was pretty clean. We had a beautiful room with a view but huge smudges and fingerprints on the windows and some random hairs found on bedding and in the bathroom. So a little tougher to relax The sink was clogged too and the pipes made noise. There weren’t obvious areas to refill water bottles, and it’s needed in the heat. Overall fair + visit. Upstairs pool and restaurant are a nice plus."

"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"Great super friendly staff . The property is in need of upgrades and repairs ,but overall good stay thanks to the staff . Only cold brew as option and prepackaged food options for breakfast not ideal, but close enough to university and all the food options as long as yiu have a car"

"The room door wouldn't open sometimes, so I got locked in a few times, and the location isn't ideal. There is a homless park right next door."

"Durante mi estancia llovió y el agua se metía a chorros por debajo de la puerta, la recepción al reportarlo me dijo que "no podían hacer nada" Los artículos de tocador en la habitación SÓLO incluye el jabón de barra, si quieres un shampoo tienes que ir a solicitarlo a la recepción. Creo que cuesta más de lo que vale"
