"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. "Nice place, definitely worth it"

"Loved the stay! Older hotel for sure but had loads of charm. Staff including Ricardo made sure we had all we needed and actually opened the spa for us to use on a couple occasions. Would stay again. Breakfast was great and all day coffee was welcomed in the afternoons."
