"Employees are always so very nice and want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They go way out of their way to make sure all is good with your stay. Room is very nice and quiet. Have stayed several times. We enjoy our stay each time."

"While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself...

"Clean, great staff. Some construction nothing major. I guess like everywhere coffee shop prices are so high. Miss beverage stations here. Coffee and soda are complimentary from waitress but not convenient like beverage station."

"Excellent service. Free breakfast and dinner. Great indoor/outdoor pool. Big, comfortable eating areas. Hot popcorn in lobby. Only downside is the hotel decor is dated, especially bathroom. But very comfortable beds. Lots of towels. I will stay again!!!!!"

I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. "

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty."

"I didn't have a good experience this time. Breakfast was good, bar run out of food, one of the nights I stayed the air conditioner stopped working, my family and I slept with a hot room, thank God the AC got fixed the following day. Pool got close early on Saturday, we couldn't used it on Sunday before we left the hotel. When I check out I told the receptionist how bad our experience was, she careless. "

"Kids swam a bit, they said the water was warm, appeared clean. Staff was kind and yet to the point in the right ways. Maybe we got lucky but the room was very quiet all night"
