There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. "Absolutely not what they say on website. The Cafe is not good and overpriced. The staff wanted to visit with each other rather than help you. The roof top has a great view but that's it. The downstairs atrium is very nice as well as the common rooms. The room was clean but you cant take a bath because the tubs have no stoppers and the window unit ac is very loud. Seriously overpriced hotel for what they offer. I've had a better stay at a motel 6"
