"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

"Very clean and cute. Good location for Phantom at the Keller Auditorium. BUT hooks and shower soap dish were falling off the wall. Also, I personally HATE bar soap for the bathroom sink (which is what they had) since it + counter/sink just stays WET and slimy. expensive parking. ALSO WHY oh why was there The Book of Mormon?? (and no bible)…although I could do without either that just seemed ODD. Especially in downtown Portland. Hmmmm"

"Very poor service and in dis-repair! No hot water in shower in our room and shower head sprayed everywhere when turned on. Could not take a shower. No coffee service in room. When i went down to the front desk at 6 am to tell them about the shower and to ask them about lack of coffee service in the the room, they said it is not provided but we could request coffee service and it would be brought to the room. The night desk personnel there at the time were unsympathetic and unapologetic. No...
