"The staff was great and the room was very clean and quiet. The light rail was walking distance from hotel so it was great for when I checked out to head right to airport. It is a budget hotel so no breakfast or gym. The area was safe and you’re a 5 min bus ride to downtown Portland. If you’re on a budget and don’t need the frills of a more expensive hotel then I would recommend this place."

"Sydney, who works the front desk was awesome. I had trouble with several things in the room (the lock, the TV) and she was so kind. She came up to my room and showed me how get the door to lock. Then she came back up and fixed the TV. She was kind! Thanj you Sydney!"

"The sheets are clean, the pillows are moldy. The towels physically hurt to use. The toilet paper was porta-potty quality. Great location; there were many bus stops nearby as well as shops and restaurants. Solid 4/10 option, there are definitely far far worse out there."

"I had an issue with the AC that was not resolved and my room was so hot, that had to sleep with the windows open. I raised the issue three times and was told twice that a technician would come. The third time, I was told that there was no AC, and all they could provide was a fan. As a seperate problem, it was not clear that you had to request a room clean, and when I finally asked on my third day all they did was empty the trash and provide a couple new towels. "The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and I loved my room on the 14th floor: very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, a huge tub, fantastic view of the downtown and a refrigerator. Their onsite bar and restaurant: the Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar and the Tavern were both excellent that have fantastic waitstaff. The hotel is in a great location, close to Symphony Hall, the Art Museum, restaurants and shopping and just a block from a light rail station. I highly recommend...

"Was disappointed it was loud kids running around everywhere especially they are using the elevator to play goes up and down. The restaurant does not have much selections..typical American burger. We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! "The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor."
