"Room extremely dark. Wasn’t cleaned properly as I found food wrappers under the bedding on the floor. Breakfast was horrible. Not sufficient fruit or options to chose from. "We arrived early and were informed our room had been upgraded and was ready to occupy. 😄 Lovely suite with plenty of room.
Staff were always helpful and informed us that they had laundry room we could use when they bumped into us on our way to laundromat. Saved a long hot walk."

"A really lovely hotel in a great location.
The most comfortable bed ever with a huge TV and a well srocked Nespresso machine.
We really enjoyed our stay there and in a great city.
Only thing to mention is don't park in the Annadale Street Car park, which looks identical to the hotel one, as it is not covered on the hotel's pass and it caused no end of grief for us to get out."
