"Very friendly Innkeepers!"

"Lovely stay and everyone so helpful"

"It’s one of the best 4-star options. Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff (Dhoka) and front desk! They allowed me to keep my room when I travelled for 1 day. Sauna/Spa is cozy and just perfect. Rooms are clean and well organized. Close to train station and 10 minutes walk (5 min train ride) to the old center."

"Great place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend."

"I was given a room on the top floor. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. As someone who works from their hotel room the desk arrangement isn’t ideally suited to that but I made it work. The restaurant was fabulous food and drinks and clearly was a destination spot for locals which meant there was a really buzzy atmosphere. There was also a wet bag in the room for those who swim in the river but I used it for my gym gear. Tea and coffee facilities are outside the room on the...

"Staff was outstanding, breakfast was lovely"

"Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer sauber. Personal nett."

"Einfach, aber super. Sehr freundliches Personal, viel Wasser und sogar Sonnencremes…sehr hilfreich beim aktuellen Wetter"

"This was our third stay in four years which s a strong recommendation. Our room was good and was very quiet despite being close to the bus and train stations. The staff were very helpful with one exception when they found it difficult to give precise directions to a landmark in the city - quickly corrected by another member of staff. The room met all our needs and had a kettle, safe and small fridge - all very useful for our stay of 8 days. Sadly none of the rooms in our price range had a...

"They claimed to be an air-conditioned hotel but our AC did not work and several other guests that I spoke to also had non-functioning air conditioning. We stayed for three nights because the conference was nearby and there was no effort to repair any of the guests' units. It felt like this is their scheme. Charge for AC rooms but only apologize when they don't work. When we requested a partial refund for the lack of AC, they ignored the request."
