"This is a good hotel to stay at near LAX. The free shuttle to/from the airport is very handy. The room was spacious and clean. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and one of the cleaning staff saw that we wanted ice so they went to another floor and got a large bag of ice for us. This was very nice of them to do this. All staff were very friendly saying hello and asking if we needed anything. There's a Carl's Jnr just down the road so we were able to buy a cheaper dinner than going...

"Tv didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Shower head sprayed water everywhere and was leaking. No breakfast $20 a night for parking you would expect they made enough money to have working TV’s in a room."
