This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a cool atmosphere. The location is excellent—close to the city and very near Universal Studios, which made it super convenient for us. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and everything tasted good. The shower had consistent hot water, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely give it 10/10 and highly recommend it to everyone!

Found a toothbrush on the bathroom floor upon arriving in the room and had no water from a burst pipe for about an hour on day 3 of our stay. The staff was great about dealing with it all and very apologetic. The hotel was close enough to main attractions on Hollywood Blvd. Having said all that, we would stay there again.

The room and hotel was clean! The staff all around were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was also good. The kitchen staff was constantly filling and refilling the food items are they were going low. The air conditioning was great. You didn’t have to put it down too much to get a nice cool room!
