"We found the room delightful -- lovely furnishings, great layout, excellent quiet HVAC. The desk clerk at our check-in was clearly dealing with an uncooperative new computer system but was very professional and helpful. She was quick to assist another guest who simply needed to charge a few beverages to her room account while processing our check-in. "The location was convenient as we were traveling through the area. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We did have to “play” with the thermostat some before the room cooled down as it clearly had not been used in some time. Thankfully it worked and we slept well. The splash pad area looked like it would be nice for families with young children. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we slept through it since we checked in late. Staff were friendly."

"Rooms clean and orderly. Our last room on the second floor overlooking the conference center suffered from a whine from some hotel equipment which was somewhat irritating."

The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated."
