From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed and a cozy seating area that made it easy to relax after a nearly 1,000 mile long drive. I especially appreciated the little touches—plenty of outlets, great lighting, and a well-laid-out workspace. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Frederick area!"

"Beautiful historic building. No elevator. Staff assisted with luggage if needed. Quiet setting with some street noise. Good water pressure in our 3rdfloor room. I couldn't open my email from Expedia, so we went in without the usual helpful/ needed information. If you want a hot breakfast, you must book it at least 24 hr in advance. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Great location."
