"Pros outweigh Cons. The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful. The shuttle was great for us. The breakfast 9/10 but better than most, had lots of variety. They didn't have a whole lot of available drinking water but I'm sure they would have helped out if we had asked. Our view was overlooking a hospital back valley, not ideal but that's not what we were staying there for. My bathtub did not hold water, the drain plug was broken. Free vallet was nice but we liked to use our car as home...

"rude unhelpful stuff dusty room no hand soap🗿 breakfast is not included, we bought it and it was terrible(the food is terrible and the service was soo poor) i called stuff and asked if they could bring me 2 forks and they answered we have them downstairs, so i had to go and search for forks by myself wearing my pajamas the room is very small and we could find where to charge our phones because almost every charger was broken."

"The hotel is an older, well kept building in the old downtown area. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. There are some really good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was perhaps one of the best that we have encountered in a hotel and we have had many, many hotel stays. We would stay here again if in the area."

"Lit propre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel à l’accueil très aimable. La piscine était hors service. Le mini frigo faisait un bruit d’enfer qui nous a empêché de dormir . Un message à été laissé au manager à cet effet mais il ne nous a pas contacté. L’endroit a besoin d’être rafraîchi. Les tapis sont tachés…."
