"The staff was nice, greeted with open arms. The cleanliness of the room was terrible, bathroom floor was nasty, bath tub/wall were dirty. There was poor drainage in the tub, shower head was poor. The room had roaches and that was horrible. They could have cleaned the room, I know no one attempted to clean it.(it’s not like it was a big room to clean, they need new cleaning people) the bed sheets were so nasty had brown stains all over the white sheets. The bed were very comfortable. The bed and the beach view were the only good things about this stay. Parking was heavy, if someone didn’t move as I was parking there would not have been any spots. I will NOT stay here ever again!!! Oh and the construction woke us earlier than expected (staff should have warned us about construction going on)"

"I felt bad for the front office staff that had to deal with all the angry customers because the cleaning staff was not quick I did early check in at 3:00 and still did not get a room until 8:00 p.m. and this was happening with many others our rooms were not clean any in the five days that we stayed there we had to go by your own room and dustpan to clean up some the game room nothing worked and they will charge half a day if you want to check in early early but yet they would do nothing about not being able to check in at their 4:00 check-in time my room is 4 hours late and they did not offer any kind of half day rate or anything to compensate as if they would have charged if I would have been too early this property has gone completely downhill it has always been my favorite to stay at when I go to Florida however I would be willing to pay a different place for different kind of service and know the channels do not all work on the TV"

"Where do I start, Many things wrong! No dishes/pans/utensils, etc. in kitchen! No ice trays/nor ice machine on site. You were to “turn in” used towels (2) to get any extra or more. Room was not cleaned/trash emptied in 4 day stay. Had to request room change, the bed had a large dip in the middle, sounded like you were sleeping on foil or plastic, loud! My pet was covered in fleas from the outside areas! Had to spend $$ for meds to get rid of them! No security on site, awakened at 1:30am from loud screaming, doors slamming! Not acceptable! Outdoor locks weren’t working, had to enter through lobby. Has been replaced but no one knew how to program to accept keys for entry! Just ridiculous! I could go on, but it gets worse, will never stay at this property again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!"

"Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!"
