The facility is in need of serious maintenance. The front door lock required us to be extra careful that it latched. The bathroom door lock didn't catch. The bathroom door itself was falling apart. All beds and mattresses seemed decades old, well past their useful life, and overdue for replacement. Sorry, not much positive to say about the property. The only great thing is location. Right on the beach, and you can walk to it. It is at a not-so-busy part of the town, which is an extra bonus.

They charged my debit card twice. then they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, told me to call the management company on a weekday. Beautiful view of the ocean. parking was awful. they had about 12 spots on the main property, and a few more across the street,I ended up parking nearly a block away.

it's newly renovated property, beach front rooms and at good location, staff is very friendly and responsive . some things are still getting taken care like elevators are not working, which is big problem if you are at higher floors. They did not charge resort fee as elevators not working and offered to cancel. rooms , beds and towels were clean at checkin, but floor had some stains in bathroom, called room service they came quickly even though it was late in night and they moped ,wiped all the floors, but stains did not go, then one other staff member came and informed that as it's newly renovated there are some glue stains left on some floors, they used a cleaner and managed to clean the floor, In night floor became moist because of moisture from beach, it was because my family changed settings on AC from dry mode (dehumidifier) to cool. it should always be kept at dry mode as moisture in air is very high near to beach. they should inform guests at checkin about recommended modes and temperature settings. room service staff is quick to come even when elevators not working. Rooms do not have microwave and iron, which is something which should be must when their target clients are families . they have all basic beach gear to buy ,which makes is convenient with kids , Jet Ski is right in front of hotel at beach and other water activities are also in few miles. boardwalk is at walking distance. There is no breakfast but there are many breakfast places in 1-2 mile radius.

It was a good stay for the price. The lighting in the bedroom was only a lamp. Only one little trash can in the bed room. No table to sit at and eat. These things might be essential but you can do with out. I will say the pool needs more attention as to cleaning everyday and blowing all the leaves and little bits around the pool. It is under renovation and they are doing a good job. Overall it was a good stay. Would come back. The staff was polite and answered request.

The staff was the greatest part about our stay. The room was clean upon arrival, but Expedia booked the wrong room with the wrong beds. The staff tried to fix it, but my parents took the smaller bed so I wouldn’t get kicked from my child after having hip reconstruction surgery. (Which is still very painful just 6 months out) We had originally booked bunk beds and Expedia messed it up. I would recommend microwaves, brooms, some seating chairs, and towel racks . A small microwave would be excellent to heat up food in. We went out and bought a broom so we could sweep every time we came back in the room because of the sand. We left the broom there because it would not fit in the car. We also bought camping chairs so we would have a place to sit so we did not sit on the bed. Last but not least, towel racks or hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom. Luckily we brought clipped pant hangers and hung our towels with those. The place is a working progress because of construction. (We understand that.) However, the open pool area needs attention and pressure washed along with the shower area from the beach. There is a lot of things that could look nicer with a simple pressure washing. Great staff, nice place, under construction and will be excellent when completed. Looking better than before. Thank you!

Here’s a condensed version that stays well under 1,500 characters: Our stay was extremely disappointing due to numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service issues. One elevator was completely out of service, while the other rarely worked, forcing us to climb six flights of stairs. It was dirty, had exposed wires, and there was no indication it was broken except a sign on the ground floor. The property was littered with trash and construction debris despite advertising a fully renovated resort. The pool was cloudy, stagnant, and filled with hair, debris, and cigarette butts. The outdoor shower, ice machine, room coffee maker, and key card system all failed, requiring staff to escort us to our room. Our toilet wobbled, doors were rusted and difficult to open, and there was an exposed nail on the balcony. Housekeeping entered our room twice because staff failed to note our back-to-back reservations, and we were called from the beach to pay an additional deposit after being told everything was settled. Requests for towels through the hotel’s text service were ignored. The property falsely advertised amenities, including a pantry, two pools, and a completed July 2026 renovation. The lobby restrooms were dirty and lacked soap and paper towels. To top it off, someone spit tobacco all over my car on our final day, and despite reporting it, management never contacted me.

We took the kids to be beach but their favorite thing was the bunk beds! - Go figure! Great family frendly hotel.Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The room floors were always wet I don’t recommend if you have little ones. The ceiling was dropping water coming down to the floors, the staff said it was the humidity. So the water that was dripping from the ceiling was falling on the beds. And the only thing the staff would say is sorry. When I booked my room the staff told me the elevator was being worked on and it would be ready tomorrow. It was not we had to go up and down 6floors of stairs with our kids and luggage. And we found a cockroach. First and last time ever staying here.

The hotel is fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful at check-in. The location couldn’t be better! The view from my balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We will be back again soon!

We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived the building had constitution fences around it. The elevators did not work the entire time we stayed. They were working to fix them. We also weren't able to get access to a key card for our room right away. Our room was very clean and pretty except for our floors. They were very dirty and felt like that had dirt on them. Our second day our shower water stopped working out of no where. I spoke to the staff and they had to turn the water off to connect a pipe and said it should be on within 10 minutes it didn't come back on for two hours We also were never informed of that even happening no email or text. We also woke up to construction sounds of drilling, nails, and banging two morning in a row between 7:30-9:00 AM. It sounded like someone was beating down the door. Which i understand they have construction to do but they never informed us before arriving the amount of construction they would be doing. I would have cancelled our trip if i would have known we'd have to listen to construction the whole time. The staff was helpful and listened and answered all my questions but I wanted to state our experience staying here.
