"We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel."

"The area had severe storms and tornado warnings. This motel offered covered parking when I got there. It was very beautiful. It was clean. It was nice and felt safe. I’m a solo business lady. I travel for work and these types of accommodations are appreciated and the room was very comfortable."

"Nancy, the front desk associate, was super helpful when my daughter forgot some personal items and she gave us some complimentary items so our stay could be comfortable. Our room was clean and ready on time. We were put next to our travel friends, which was perfect. The hotel is walking distance to Gainbridge for the Fever game and has a decent free breakfast in the morning. Clean, nice staff, affordable, and well located!"
