Lots of old world charm in the public areas and everything is well maintained. We had a king room with harbor view in a newer section of the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is the reason I normally stay here. Great team, biggest smiles and just warmth. Keep it up Novotel Lami. Great scenery with bay view, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those travelling for business but family friendly as well.
