"We weren't told ahead of time that the elevators would be out, and when we got there were were put on the 4th floor. So, for both days we had to trudge up and down the stairs all the way to the 4th floor, which was not ideal. The rooms were pretty clean, but there was something sticky on our floor. Overall, it was just okay. The breakfast was okay, the room was okay and the help was okay."

"We arrived to this location to check in. We were promptly told that the AC in the entire facility was broken. And advised that we should not check in because there was no estimated time for the fix and the building was heating up substantially. Since we reserved the room through Expedia, the hotel guaranteed us a full refund upon contacting them. Expedia did contact them and they refused to honor what the front desk told us in person…NO REFUND."

"I didn’t like this hotel at all. It was very noisy at night, so it was hard to sleep. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle, and the bathroom had no fan. The whole place had a very bad smell. The “breakfast” was disappointing too — only coffee and small cereal packets to take away. There was no proper breakfast, no fruit, no yogurt, and no other options. I would not stay here again."

"This was the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. It was real noisy I got zero sleep prior to my 5 hour drive the next day. I was on the bottom floor and it sounded like somebody was jumping on the floor above me all night long,"

"I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream!"
