The care she puts into her house for the guests’ comfort (from the communication, instructions, book of recommendations, snacks&drinks to different kinds of body&face wash) were very much appreciated. "The hotel has only 1 level and the rooms are like around the building. As we reached super early at the hotel, the manager was kind enough to let us upgrade our room and checked in early as well. Staffs were nice n helpful too. Mydin and bus station were very nearby too."
