"The room was a good size for a single with a king size bed. The breakfast had options of food, both Japanese and Western. Each floor has its own water dispenser. Loved the library theme of the hotel. Staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Location was convenient to the Tokyo Tower 🗼. There was a laundry room on 4th floor (didn’t use it since I was at the beginning of my trip). "This is a clean modern hotel with typical Tokyo sized rooms. The room is cleverly designed and offer more storage space than expected. The location is in a commercial district but the new Takanawa Gateway mall is fantastic. Service was excellent and every member of the team have been helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff and everyone at the InterContinental incredibly gracious and helpful. View of the river - lovely. Short walking distance to both the Diamon and Hamamatsucho subway stops, loved that it was in a quieter part of the city. We miss it already!
